· Requires 1 Metro Label per 25kg

· Charged per consignment and multiple items may be sent on the same delivery.

· Tracking labels must be attached to all extra items.

9:45am for PM DELIVERY

2:30pm for NEXT DAY AM DELIVERY



VIC 1 (Country)

Requires 1 Metro Label and 1 Link Label per item to 25kg charged per item and multiple items up to 25kg must be strapped together or paid for as a separate consignment.


VIC 2 (Country)

Requires 1 Metro Label and 2 Link Labels per item to 25kg charged per item and multiple items up to 25kg must be strapped together or paid for as a separate consignment.

* Cubic capacity is calculated as Length x Width x Height in metres multiplied by 250

(eg. 0.5 x 0.5 x 0.4 x 250 = 25kg)

* Items over 25kg and up to 40kg for delivery to all zones require double the amount of labels quoted per zone.

* Freight with insufficient or wrong labels may be delayed, so please ensure correct labels are attached to all parcels.
