Automated Booking Service
Star Couriers Automated Booking service allows you to arrange a pickup from you or any other registered location automatically.
Your contact phone number has been registered to allow you to begin using this service immediately.
The following instructions will guide you through the new service.
For pickups from your location:
- Dial 1300 65 75 90
- Press 1 to arrange a pickup
- Enter your phone number and press #
- Conform the phone number is correct
- Press 1 to proceed with the booking
The service will confirm that your booking has been accepted and you will be quoted a job number. No booking on this service is valid without a job number so please ensure you record the job number on you Consignment Register forms.
*For pickups from another location or to make an enquiry select option 2 at the main menu
Once you are familiar with the service there is no need to wait for the prompts – just key ahead at any time.
